What it helps with
Use the image generator when you need a visual but do not want to spend ages searching. It can create a story scene, historical setting, science visual, classroom display image, writing stimulus, or worksheet illustration.
You describe the image, choose a style, and Kuraplan saves the result in your image gallery.

Create an image

- 1Open Images from the sidebar.
- 2Describe the image clearly. Include who or what is shown, the setting, style, mood, and classroom purpose.
- 3Choose a style, or leave it on Auto.
- 4Use Inspire me if you want a prompt idea.
- 5Select Generate Image.
- 6Open the image in the gallery to review or download it.
Choose the right style
Photograph works well for realistic scenes. Illustration and Cartoon are useful for younger pupils or friendly classroom displays. Line Drawing is helpful for printable worksheets and colouring activities. Pixel Art works well for playful prompts and computing-style resources.
If you are not sure, use Auto and describe the teaching purpose instead.

Write a better image prompt
Be specific about the subject, composition, age group, and what should not appear. A prompt like volcano is broad. A prompt like labelled cross-section style image of a volcano erupting, suitable for Year 5 science, no scary people, clear colours gives Kuraplan much more to work with.
For worksheet images, ask for clean, simple, high-contrast visuals. For display images, ask for bright, polished, classroom-friendly compositions.

Common fixes
- If nothing happens, check that the prompt is not empty.
- If the image is too vague, add more detail about the scene, style, and purpose.
- If the image includes something unwanted, say what to avoid in the prompt.
- If you are asked to upgrade or add credits, your account may have reached its current image generation limit.
