School shared resources
Share your resources with colleagues at your school and browse resources other teachers have shared.
Key things to know
- Lets colleagues at the same school find useful shared resources.
- You control which of your resources are shared.
- Works for lesson plans, unit plans, worksheets, slides, and other supported resources.
- Useful for departments, year teams, shared schemes, cover, and mentoring.
What it helps with
School shared resources help your team avoid remaking the same thing. If a colleague has already made a useful worksheet, lesson, unit, or slide deck, they can share it with the school so others can find it.
You stay in control of your own resources. Sharing with school makes a resource visible to colleagues at your school; it does not publish it to the whole public library.

Browse school resources
Open School resources to see what colleagues have shared. Use the resource type tabs, search, subject filter, and year group filter to narrow the list.
This is useful for finding department materials, shared schemes, cover lessons, assessment resources, or examples from colleagues teaching the same year group.

Common fixes
- If you cannot see School resources, your account may not be connected to a school yet.
- If Share with school is missing, check that you own the resource and belong to a school.
- If a colleague cannot see a resource, make sure sharing is turned on and they are connected to the same school.
- If search finds nothing, clear filters or try a shorter search term.
